At CostaCandles, we understand people may be hesitant about purchasing online. Therefore, we want to provide you with the same security and personal touch, as if you were purchasing in a store.


After placing an order with us, you will quickly receive a confirmation e-mail with the order number ensuring the order has been received and that it will be processed as soon as possible.

Once the parcel has left our facility you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number. We use different shipping providers such as UPS and Fedex in order to ensure the fastest possible delivery. The delivery will be attempted up to 3 times if it was unsuccessful the past times.


Our candles are carefully and individually packaged in boxes to ensure they are in perfect condition upon arrival.
